Digital Product Refund Policy

 

All sales of digital products at ProfsToolKit are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads — which are accessible immediately upon purchase — we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

 

What this means for you:

• Course Lab Packs, Assignment Packs, Quiz Packs, and Complete Course Packs are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
• - Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions:

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at support@profstoolkit.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly — including issuing a replacement file or store credit if we are unable to resolve the technical problem.
